Job Description
ASQUARE Academy is seeking a proactive and student-oriented Admission & Counseling Executive to guide students and parents through the admission process. The candidate must have good knowledge of competitive exams (NEET, IIT-JEE, MHT-CET) and CBSE/ICSE curriculum (Class 8th to 12th) to effectively explain programs and assist students in making the right academic choices.
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about NEET, IIT-JEE, MHT-CET, and CBSE/ICSE tuition programs.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online admission inquiries.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their goals and performance.
Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective leads.
Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Support promotional and outreach activities to drive admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Science background preferred).
Good understanding of NEET, JEE, MHT-CET exams and CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or academic sales (freshers with knowledge of exams may also apply).
Ability to build rapport and instill trust with students and parents.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
