Job Description
ASQUARE Academy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to teach Foundation-level students (Class 8th to 10th, CBSE/ICSE). The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to simplify concepts for young learners to help them excel in both school exams and prepare for future competitive exams.
Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics (CBSE/ICSE) to students of Class 8th, 9th, and 10th.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and practice assignments to strengthen conceptual clarity.
Prepare students for school exams as well as foundation-level concepts for NEET, IIT-JEE, and MHT-CET.
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-solving sessions.
Provide personalized mentoring and academic guidance to students.
Collaborate with other faculty to ensure overall academic progress.
Maintain discipline, motivate students, and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum for classes 8th–10th.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in school or coaching institute (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage, inspire, and mentor young students.
